Eat It!

Michelle and I are now writers for the International Student Committee's magazine PARAGON. Our first assignment: A food review for The Foundry Pub & Grill in Westfield Carousel Shopping Centre in Cannington. Free food and booze in exchange for a 300-word article? No problema!

Our starter, the Trio of Dips; Turkish Bread with Sweet Potato & Maple dip, Avocado Salsa and Garlic Oil. Yum x 3:

My Rump Steak (which came well-done when I asked for medium-rare). Yum x 2, Brownie Point -1:

Michelle's Braised lamb Shank. Yum x 3:

Our Dessert Pizza; a sweet dough base with bananas, apricot, chocolate buttons, vanilla ice-cream and a strawberry. (They served this to us in apology of their fuck-up with my steak. I love being a food reveiwer.) Yum x 3, Brownie Points +3:

I think they look more energetic this way, like a bunch of crazy mofos:

Final verdict: Good food, good music, great staff. Just don't fuck-up again alright? I won't be so nice the second time round.
Especially since I'll have to pay.
